Kids Breeding British Wildlife
Wild Pets is a network of children helping Britain’s collapsing wildlife by raising endangered native species in their own homes, under the guidance of professional ecologists from Derek Gow’s Species Recovery Centre.
Get involved
We’re looking for TWENTY children aged 8–13 in DEVON (UK) to become the first ever WILD PETS KIDS. They will raise 250 HARVEST MICE for release into the wild in September 2027.
